Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (20ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) salt
  • 1/4 cup (35g) frozen berries
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a wide-mouth Mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the yogurt is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds, ensuring all oats are submerged. Gently fold in the frozen berries.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
