Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (20ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) salt
- 1/4 cup (35g) frozen berries
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a wide-mouth Mason jar. Whisk vigorously until the yogurt is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds, ensuring all oats are submerged. Gently fold in the frozen berries.
- Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
