Ingredients:
- 2 cups (450g) Plain Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 scoops (60g) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Maple Syrup
- 1 cup (150g) Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup (140g) Sliced Strawberries
- 1 medium (120g) Banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (60g) Low-sugar Granola
- 2 tbsp (15g) Chia Seeds
- Sliced almonds
Instructions:
- Combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy with no powder streaks. Note: This usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes of hard whisking.
- Spoon 1/3 of the protein yogurt mixture into the bottom of two wide mouth glass jars.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries over the yogurt.
- Spoon in another 1/3 of the protein yogurt mixture.
- Add the sliced banana and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
- Top with the final layer of protein yogurt.
- Finish by adding the granola and sliced almonds only at the very top. Note: Adding granola last prevents it from turning into mush.
