Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops (60g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced (120g)
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp (32g) natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats and chia seeds to the empty blender first. Pulse for 5 seconds to break down the oats into a finer powder.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and protein powder. Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds to create a smooth protein slurry.
  3. Add the frozen banana, mixed berries, nut butter, and cinnamon. Increase the blender to high and process until the mixture is thick and glossy.
