Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (170g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (140g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 handful (30g) fresh baby spinach
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5ml) raw honey
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract into the blender canister. Note: This ensures the blades can spin freely
- Pulse for 5 seconds until the yogurt and milk are fully integrated and look like one smooth liquid.
- Add the frozen berries, spinach, chia seeds, and cinnamon on top of the liquid base.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting to break up the big berry chunks.
- Quickly increase to high speed.
- Blend for 45-60 seconds until the color is uniform and the texture appears smooth and glossy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Stir in the raw honey at the end or blend it in for 5 seconds if you want it fully incorporated.
