Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup low-sugar rolled oat granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
  2. Spoon approximately 1/3 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a handful of blueberries and diced strawberries. Repeat the yogurt and fruit layers once more, ending with a final dollop of yogurt on top.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle a generous layer of granola and chia seeds over the top.
