Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 cup low-sugar rolled oat granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is velvety and smooth.
- Spoon approximately 1/3 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a handful of blueberries and diced strawberries. Repeat the yogurt and fruit layers once more, ending with a final dollop of yogurt on top.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a generous layer of granola and chia seeds over the top.
