- 1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, thawed whipped topping, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Using a rigid silicone spatula, fold the ingredients together until a thick, sticky dough forms. Do not overmix.
- Place the powdered sugar in a small separate bowl.
- Using a small 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of dough into the powdered sugar. Roll gently until heavily coated.
- Arrange the coated dough balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and tops have a crinkled appearance.
