Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • ½ tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch (1g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen mango chunks into the blender. Pulse 5-7 times until the mango is broken down into small, pea-sized crumbles to prevent the motor from overheating.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high, using a tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula, until the mixture transforms into a glossy, thick, and smooth swirl.
  3. Taste for sweetness; if the mangoes were tart, add one additional teaspoon of honey. Blend for a final 10 seconds to ensure the air is fully incorporated for a light, aerated finish.
