Ingredients:
- 4 large juicy Persian limes, washed and cut into 8 wedges each
- 4 cups filtered water, ice-cold
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk (150g)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Wash limes thoroughly to remove wax and trim off the woody stem ends. Cut each lime into eight wedges.
- Place the lime wedges, ice-cold water, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender. Pulse on high for exactly 20 to 30 seconds until the liquid is opaque and frothy but peels are still in visible pieces.
- Immediately pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Press the solids gently to release all liquid, then discard the lime remains immediately to prevent bitterness.
- Rinse the blender jar to remove any remaining pulp. Pour the strained lime water back into the blender.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Blend on medium-high for 15 seconds until the mixture is uniform with a thick foam on top.
