Ingredients:

  • 4 large juicy Persian limes, washed and cut into 8 wedges each
  • 4 cups filtered water, ice-cold
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk (150g)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash limes thoroughly to remove wax and trim off the woody stem ends. Cut each lime into eight wedges.
  2. Place the lime wedges, ice-cold water, and ice cubes into a high-speed blender. Pulse on high for exactly 20 to 30 seconds until the liquid is opaque and frothy but peels are still in visible pieces.
  3. Immediately pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Press the solids gently to release all liquid, then discard the lime remains immediately to prevent bitterness.
  4. Rinse the blender jar to remove any remaining pulp. Pour the strained lime water back into the blender.
  5. Add the sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. Blend on medium-high for 15 seconds until the mixture is uniform with a thick foam on top.
