- 1/2 cup (60g) Powdered Sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz / 226g) Whipped Topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- In a large chilled mixing bowl, combine the cold whole milk, vanilla extract, and the instant pudding mix.
- Whisk on medium speed for exactly 2 minutes until the mixture transitions from a liquid to a thick, heavy cream consistency.
- Sift in the powdered sugar if a stiffer consistency for piping is desired. Beat on low speed until just combined.
- Using a silicone spatula, add the thawed whipped topping in three separate additions. Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding base using a 'cut and turn' motion to maintain aeration.
