Ingredients:
- 1 package (5.2 oz / 148g) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1/2 cup (60g) Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large (50g) Egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Black pepper
- 3 tbsp (60ml) Honey
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Red chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5ml) Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Place the beaten egg in one bowl and the Panko mixed with salt and pepper in another. Gently roll the Boursin puck in the egg until fully submerged, then press it firmly into the Panko crumbs to ensure there are no bald spots.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until the crust is deep golden brown and the cheese feels slightly soft when pressed.
- While the cheese bakes, whisk together the honey, chili flakes, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Remove cheese from the oven and let it rest for 3 minutes to stabilize the center. Drizzle the hot honey glaze generously over the top and garnish with fresh herbs.
